Germaine is a decorated law enforcement leader, executive coach, and youth performance strategist with over 25 years of service in elite operations, including the Texas Rangers Special Operations Group. A recipient of the Purple Heart, the Star of Texas Award, and a Life Saving Award for heroic service, Germaine’s career reflects a deep commitment to justice, transformation, and human potential. Today, he serves as CEO of The Good Life Living Group, a leadership and development firm specializing in performance coaching for executives, educators, and at-risk youth. His groundbreaking work integrates law enforcement insight, behavioral science, and championship coaching methods to transform organizational cultures and individual outcomes.

A 7-time Jr. Olympic National Championship Coach, TEDx speaker, and adjunct professor, Germaine’s leadership development work has reached courtrooms, boardrooms, and locker rooms across the nation. His methods uniquely bridge the gap between accountability and empowerment—helping youth move from high-risk to high-performance environments.

Germaine holds a Master of Business Administration and is completing a Master of Arts in Ministry at SMU’s Perkins School of Theology, with research focused on restorative justice, identity formation, and virtue ethics.
