About the Speaker:
Shannon McFadden, MS, CPRP, CFRP, CRCCP is a former special educator, an education & human services consultant, and the Director of Behavioral Health Services for a non-profit organization. From an early age her father, Jerome McFadden, for whom the center is named, instilled in Shannon and her sister the importance, not just of education, but of doing everything within your power to use education as a tool for social justice.
Currently, Shannon serves as the Founder and Chief Operations Officer of JMEC, LLC. As a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner, child and family resiliency practitioner, and trauma-informed training facilitator, Shannon uses her expertise to create programs that meet the large breadth of needs of today's youth.
